Default Google Social Search and how it works

Do I really want everyone to know who I'm following on Twitter, who my friends are and what I'm doing everywhere else on the net? Okay, the info I put out there is public but I don't think I want it to be so easy for folks to gather it all at once. Stalkers will be thrilled.

Not too keen on that either, but I have a throwaway account on Twitter, Bebo, Myspace, and a lot of other places that I don't use to crap up the Google results for my name and make it hard to find info about me.

It's not so much about wanting to hide info for me as it is about not making it so simple for the nutters to track your every move. Too creepy for my liking.

It is very good topic to share our thoughts about Google Social Search. Google is most popular Search engine in the world. it is a feature designed to help you discover relevant content from your social circle, a set of online friends and contacts. When you’re signed in to Google, the service shows matching web pages and other content on the topic of your search that’s created by your friends or others that Google has determined that you’re “connected” to
